In Memoriam

Knowledge Alliance is deeply saddened by  the recent passing of Tom Barlow , the CEO of Pacific Resources for Education and Learning and a long time Alliance board member. He was a cherished friend and colleague who served the education systems in the Pacific region with all of his heart and soul for many many years. He will be sorely missed but his legacy for excellence and equity endures in all the people whom he has touched in so many wonderful ways.
